The facilities, both planned and existing, cater

owners. The airport has a full FBO and offers a
well maintained 4,150' x 60' paved, lighted,
painted runway, with three instrument approaches, an automatic
"microphone controlled" lighting system and
paved taxi ways and ramps.
Bourland Field is home to over 70 aircrafst. We

FUEL DISCOUNT
Fuel customers may open a
fuel account with an initial deposit of $500.00. Maintain a
minimum balance of $300.00 and receive an $0.08 per gallon
discount on fuel, seven days a week |
BOURLAND FIELD offers offices that range in size from
9' x 12' to 17' x 20'. The offices are tasteful and
open to a huge lounge and kitchen area, flight planning room, direct access to FSS, rest room facilities,
and a pilot quiet room. The offices are heated/air
conditioned with no electricity surcharge. Hangar tenants
receive a 10% discount for the life of their hangar lease.
You can rent one of these offices for as low as $140.00 per

COMMUNITY HANGAR SPECIAL !
We
offer a special promotion for accommodations in our
luxury community hangar for large aircraft. With this
promotion, a tenants hangar rent can be reduced each
month by the amount of fuel that they purchase. Each 5
hours of average fuel burn purchased at BOURLAND FIELD,
at regular posted fuel price grants a 10% discount from
that month's hangar rent.
Special services
for tenants in our community hangar include towing the
aircraft in and out of the hangar, fueling, and washing
the windshield. These tenants have access to our
beautiful pilot lounge, rest rooms, snack machines, and
free coffee.

FIELD can accommodate transients with temporary tie
downs or hangar space. Just check in at our office, we
offer the first nights tie down or hangar at no charge
with a minimum fuel purchase of just ten gallons.
